#2 Purple Carrots (12oz) - Seconds

This crop of purple carrots did not size up and develop correctly due to the heat. As a result, they are thin, small, and lack the full flavor and sweetness that we want in our carrots. As a result, rather than just throwing them out, we’re offering them as seconds. 

They’d be great for roasting, adding to a soup, or cooked in with any dish calling for carrots. They would not be well suited to eating raw.
