Micro Chinese Cabbage (1.5oz)

The microgreen version of our loved Chinese Cabbage, the base of both our salad greens blends. With their very mild and delicate flavor and soft and tender texture, these small but mighty micros are perfect for those who enjoy subtle and exquisite veggies!

Why should you eat microgreens? They are incredibly nutritionally dense (imagine getting the same amount of nutrients and vitamins of a whole plant inside one tiny micro!), and extremely versatile, as there's hardly anything you can't add micros to. They're great eaten on their own or along our salad products, but they also make great additions to soup, eggs, toast, wraps, sandwiches, burgers, and the mildest ones, including Chinese Cabbage, can be put in smoothies!
