This Southern Spinach is definitely not a veggie you'd want to pass on. Similar to regular spinach, this leafy green is called Tatsoi, and although it's Asian, it's perfect for our Texas weather because it's more resilient to our temperatures, making it possible to bring you delicious spinach year-round.

Its crunchy texture and unique flavor make it a favorite amongst our dedicated clientele, because it's versatile, nutritious, and simply phenomenal!

You can enjoy it raw in a salad, as you would any other leafy green, or you can sautée it with good olive oil and garlic.
