Spring Mix - Large Bag (16oz)

Our Spring Mix is a blend of mild and sweet greens, with sweet and buttery Chinese cabbage coupled with a nutty and flavorful Mizuna.

If you're not a fan of spicy greens, or you want to introduce children to salads with lots of flavors, this is the blend for you!

Delicate without being too overpowering, it's perfect for adding an interesting personality to more intricate salad recipes, but it's absolutely divine with a nice vinaigrette as well! 

This 1-pound version is perfect for big dinners with lots of people or for habitual salad lovers, as it's 4 times the size of our regular Spring Mix.
